My area doesn't really do DeathStar SM/SW/DA/BA, but I tend to hear about Super Friend list from time to time. With the FAQ draft stating the units with mixed Chapter Tactics lose their Chapter Tactics, does that effect Super Friends in any way?

My instinct is no, because you can still mix units and BA/SW/DA don't have Chapter Tactics anyway.

On moon miranda.

Yeah, the TWC centered supefriends lists will be just fine, no problems with the FAQ really

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

Wouldn't the "can't pod in" also hurt them?

Not that familiar with them, it's a question.

The FAQ just told us that the Marine part of super friends will lose their Chapter Tactics benefit.

AI & BFG: / BMG: Mr. Freeze, Deathstroke / Battletech: SR, OWA / Fallout Factions: BoS / HGB: Caprice / Malifaux: Arcanists, Guild, Outcasts / MCP: Mutants / SAGA: Ordensstaat / SW Legion: CIS / WWX: Union

Less problem for TWC+bike character deathstars. Aren't those more popular anyway? Faster movement+generally bike>>>foot. Extra T, faster etc.

Pod thing was more of against eldar+dark eldar thingies and mechanicus+BA pods.

TW Stars were not impacted because this was a Codex: Space Marines FAQ. The other marine factions will get a similar ruling in their FAQs. This effectively means that Wulfen, Wolf Lord/TWC/IP and Iron Hand Bike squads will be the preeminent melee Death Stars. Space marines will run grav stars with bikes/cents and white scars chapter tactics.
