Hi people. So I'm trying to bring this list to 1850 pts and I'm relatively new to CD (I'm more of a KDK player).

Starting from the bottom, your daemon prince cannot role on biomancy, as, being a DoN, he must roll once on the nurgle table. Make him ML 3 and he can roll twice on the biomancy table. Also, if you check out the greater rewards, they, most of the time, offer much more defensive capabilities than the exalted rewards, which is what daemon princes need. Baleswords are also really good against certain line-ups, which is the "primarus gift" of greater rewards for daemons of nurgle. In other words, greater rewards are the shizz, take two!

Why all the icons? +1" charge range is cool, but usually people take those for more accurate deep strikes. Are you deep striking daemons?

Bloodcrushers, unfortunately, suck. If you aren't too attached to them, i'd cut them entirely from the list. They just die too easily for the points you spend on them. Your opponent can kill these 45 point elites with cultists, scouts, regular bolter fire, and secondary weapons on vehicles. If you're dropping 250 ish points on a unit that your opponent can kill as a second thought after all their good shooting attacks are over, this is a bad thing. In fact, they suck against powerful shooting attacks as well, as they instantly die to any one unsaved wound suffered at the hands of a STR 8 or higher weapon.

Your loci of Fury will do good work with those 20 HoK, but the Loci of Fecundity I feel is wasted on 10 Plaguebearers. Usually Loci are only worth their points if you can put the herald in a decently sized squad. Either toss it or get him a bigger retinue.

The requirement for one level of the school of the chaos god is a CSM requirement, not a CD, the only thing is daemons don't get regular psykic focus...

In regards to rewards, unless you are taking an exalted for a chaos artefact drop it and take 2 greater and a lesser

Ok as a Mono nurgle daemon player lets see what I can way in here,

I agree with changer of ways about the blood crushers but Nicanthrope is right, Nurgle daemons do not need to take a nurgle power they can role entirely on biomancy.

for the exalted reward take the eternal balde, seriously i use it all the time on my great unclean one (big fats) it's brilliant!

I would split the flesh hounds but saying that i never use them.

Your list seems to be very susceptible to focus fire, I can see this list being somewhat of a push over as the numbers are quite small, If you want to keep the herald of nurgle you have to choose his role, A locus of fecundity should not be used in a squad of PB any smaller than 14. Give him the doomsday bell (-1 ld to everything in your opponents army while he is alive) and sit him on an objective in the back field with 14 plague bearers. JUST give him the bell and locus of fecundity. nothing else keep him cheap.

Can you get your hands on a soul grinder or a Skullcannon?

My general advice for this list would be, Your units need more specific roles and you need more numbers and more importantly more squads to swarm your opponent. Daemons die VERY easily. Your nurgle Daemon prince will need distractions on the ground to safely land and charge.
