Spoiler:
Grand Destiny: At the end of any assault phase in which the bearer of the Choppa of Da Ragnarork inflicted one or more causalities, the weapons Strength modifier is increased by 1 and its AP value is lowered by 1. These effects are cumulative and last for the rest of the battle (But cannot be made better than AP1).

I have been playing this as the bearer must cause a causality with the Choppa to get the boost. However, it seems that to get the boost all the model equipped with it must do it cause a causality in the assault phase.

RAW: As it stands one can equip a Warboss with mega armor (Which gives a Power Klaw) and take the Choppa (Which does not take the place/replace any of the other weapons on the Warboss), then use the Power Klaw to get kills until the Choppa is Str 10 ap2 (Which is three Assault Phases) and then go about using a str 10 Ap2 weapon that swings at I4.

So if it is a big melee slug fest it is possible to get three assault phases in by the start of turn two, using the current Waaagh Gaz Supplement.

I might start to like this thing.
The only downside to it is that it isn't a lucky stick and you can't take both of them :\

by the way... does the choppa get better if i destroy a vehicle with it?

No you can take the Lucky stik as it is from the Orc codex, and all of the Orkamedis gear from the Gaz Dex, it is allowed as per the gaz dex

Spoiler:
Orkimedes' Kustom Gubbinz: Any units from a detatchment or formation presented in this book that can select Gifts of Gork and Mork can select an item from Orkimedes; Kustom gubbinz, presented opposite, at the point cost shown, in addition to the gifts of Gork and Mork from Codex Orks.

But you still can only have one on a single model

For the Ork Dex yes, but there is no resrtiction on the Items from the Gaz dex, only that there can be more than one of each per army, in others words, I can take the Choppa, and the big boss pole, and the lucky stikk, and be legal.
As the Lucky stikk is restricted to one item from the Gork/Mork list, but having one Choppa and one Big Bosspole is not having more than one of each per army.

Spoiler:
Gifts of Gork and Mork: only one of each of the following may be taken per army, A model may take one of the following.)

Spoiler:
:Orkimedes' Kustom Gubbina are unique and incredible pieces of techno-wotnotz that have been forged or heavely kustomised by Ghazghkull's ingenious Mekboss, Orkimedes. Only one of each of the following Kustom Gubbinz can be choosen per army - there is only one of each of these items in the entire galaxy.

RAW: One lucky stikk, as only one item can be taken from that list per model, and any and all of the Kustom Gubbinz's so long as there is are no duplicates.

Emphasis mine.

Which simply means he can choose from both lists, not that he can take multiple items.

I do not agree with you interpretation.

As "in addition to" can also mean to have items from both lists on one model.

Also you are making rule quotes from a "Still in Draft form FAQ", meaning that the proposed rule changes have not been finalized, are not implemented as yet, and still subject to change. Thus not valid until such a time as they are no longer in Draft form. As a Draft and the final copy are not the same thing, Go ask any College professor about this difference.

You're wrong. Its telling you that in addition to choosing from the Gifts of Gork and Mork list, you can choose from Okimedes Kustom Gubbins list. It says nothing about how many items you can take, therefore the FAQ limitation is in effect.

The current FAQ makes no such limitation, Please show me in the current FAQ where this Limitation is?

Note: That the Drafted FAQ is not in its final Form as per the Warhammer 40000 Facebook page and I quote "We’ll leave these up for a week, then we’ll pass on your comments to the rules guys for the final FAQs.".

The final FAQ's for the drafted rules have not been posted, and there is no guaranty that any or all of the drafted changes will make the final cut. Without regard to that I will follow the FAQ's as written.

Now where in the current FAQ for the BRB is there such a limitation given regarding the number of Relics/Named Items a single character can take?

Here is the link to the Current and Valid 40K BRB FAQ https://www.games-workshop.com/resources/PDF/Errata/Warhammer_40000/Warhammer_40000_Rules_EN.pdf

Can you provide a link to the final version of the Drafted/Proposed FAQ changes? or can you not?

I thought the same but we won't know until the or codex faq drops.

Also I'm almost positive the choppa of ragnarork ends up S 10 AP 1.

It can get to AP1, I was just using AP2 as a point of reference.
