Not bad, one of the best lists for the 'crons.
I've found tesla good when vs'ing horde armies or >12" away, against everything else rapid firing gauss is a lot better. It also gives you more options as it can potentially maybe strip a remaining hull point off a vehicle to save your heavy guns for something else if need be.
Tachyon arrow is a heavy investment for a single shot that doesn't guarantee to even hit. The CCB is going to be a big fire magnet, as it should be. I personally run it a lot as it can draw and survive quite a lot of punishment. Phylactery is ok at best on him as it affects the barge too.
Do you need a void-reaper on the Destroyer lord? He is already re-rolling a lot due to the cult special rules and PE, giving him a master-crafted weapon isn't the best utilisation for it or him. A war-scythe does the job just as well. I don't run Phylactery on him as points are spent better elsewhere.
Again the gloom prism is very, very situational. It's handy to have on the rare chance you need it but its points that can be better invested else where. Remember that your spyder will be dead turn 2 at the latest if your opponent knows how to play your army so remember this when playing with it. Keep it in cover as much as possible if you are going to try and keep the RP on the wraiths (hard to do because they move so quickly). Alternatively you can farm up your scarabs, so start with a single squad of 3 or 4. Running two squads of 3 and leaving them in the back line isn't utilising them effectively. They are very good tarpits to anything not ID'ing them and they are quick as all hell with a bucket load of attacks on the charge. Tie up scary units for a few turns.
If your going to run your Tomb Blade's at a squad that large, run them with scopes instead of looms. They are our only source of ignores cover, can be very handy against war convo's with 2 rounds of stealth & shrouded etc. Otherwise run two separate squads of 3 with looms and vanes, run Tesla and sit them in the back line or camping objectives until late game to get line-breaker etc.
If your scared of deep-strike deathmarks can be a good response, a squad of 10 can put out a relatively large amount of hurt and can precision shot some IC's to death pretty quickly.
A ghost ark is a platform of hurt. Being relentless with move through cover makes it very mobile, while the ability to race up, unload the broadside guns and the guys inside can eviscerate whole squads. It can also regen your troops. Be mindful that it will draw a lot of fire also, and being open topped it will blow up if it gets penned by tank hunting weapons.
I would suggest something like this if you want to keep the same models in your list/don't have access to much more.
CCB w/ HGC, Phase shifter, warscythe, nightmare shroud
10x warriors, GA
10x warriors
5x immortals w/ tesla (backline objective campers)
7x Tomb blades w/ vanes, scopes, gauss (1 w/o scope)
1x Spyder - naked
6x wraiths w/ coils
3x scarabs
D/Lord with Phase shifter, warscythe
9x destroyers
3x heavy destroyers
1850

Alternatively you can put the nightmare shroud on the D/Lord and have him tank a lot of abuse to keep your wraiths alive for longer, depends on your opponents and how much AP2 they have.
