It's an apocalypse formation for Eldar Craftworld that costs 1,400 points. I want to know how to most effectively run it. Which Phoenix Lords stay close, which Phoenix Lords lead a squad, and where this formation needs to be in the battlefield.

Special Rule: The Fury of Khaine: The Avatar has the Eternal Warrior special rule and cannot be wounded by any melta, plasma or flamer weapons. In addition, the range of both his Khaine Awakened rule and the Wailing Doom's weapon profile are increased to 24", and he gains a number of addition Attacks equal to the number of Phoenix Lords within 6" of him.

Formation includes:

Avatar of Khaine
Asurmen
Baharroth
Fuegan
Jain Zar
Karandras
Maugan Ra

Avoid enemy D weapons like the Plague, especially D blasts. Hide this unit until all the D weapons that can affect them are gone. Also discuss with your opponent things you should be immune to, for example is the Avatar immune to a Bale flamer? A volcano cannon? Pulse fire? (The age old Inquisitorial plasma siphon effected pulse).

Bring a Seer Council following behind, mostly warlocks. You want the ability to regain wounds. Attach Karandras to the Seer Council for cover save. Engage in the second wave of your attack, the Phoenix Lords aren't survivable enough to weather the storm and the Avatar disintergrates before Grav fire.
