Howdy folks! I'm a long time Dakka-lurker and 40k hobbyist getting into local play. This is a TAC list I'm pulling from a fluffier 1850 points of models. Guard for the win! Tactics and questions after the list!

The basic scheme of maneuver is for the Lascannon Vets, Company Command Squad, and Wyvern to hold a backfield objective and provide fire support. The Melta-Vets and Leman Russ push forward to the mid-field to pull the fight to the center and away from my backfield. The Grey Knights drop in to disrupt the enemy by claiming their backfield objectives and targeting MCs or Vehicles. Vulture is Fire support.
So questions: what are weaknesses? AA seems like a problem, and it isn't as mobile as eldar or even tau. CC heavy lists could be stalled but not stopped by the Grey Knights.
If you were playing against this list, what would you target first? How would you exploit it's weaknesses?
Any and all feedback welcome!
