Even if I don't roll gate of infinity then eldrad can atleast pick 3 units to scout forward. I left 19 points to move things around just in case. Thanks for your responses, and keep them coming!

Swap out Jain for Baharoth to gain Hit and Run for your W-blades. He can tank wounds too, but H&R is a better ability gained, IMHO.
As far as competitive, the Culexus is popular. At least until getting a nerf if shared drop pods go away with the pending GW FAQ, can royally hamper a footer seer council. Perhaps reduce the 10 wg unit to 5, lose some singing spears, and give them all bikes?

I agree with Brothererekose. Barraroth is a better pick. and you need some mobility. Wraithguard will never get to shoot at what they want with only a 12" gun, even with BF. You a better off dropping some WG for a Serpent.
Also, your list is Unbound, if that matters to you. While the Wraith Host and Seer Council are both Formations and can be purchased alone, the "Living Legends" is NOT a formation, but rather an Auxiliary choice for War Host. In order to field Auxiliary choices that are not formations (Living Legends, Wraith-Construct and Outcasts), you must field 1 Guardian Core choice mandatory.
But if Bound doesn't matter to you (since you don't have any troops anyway) then it doesn't matter.

The Wraith Formation gains Battle Focus, but does not gain the Craftworld Warhost Command Benefit (auto 6" run) as you don't have a Core Choice. Not sure if it is overly necessary, but something to think about. Especially when trying to move on objectives. A lot of your units are really necessary to get stuck in and any one unit will be missed later in the game as they try to cover down on objectives. I can appreciate not wanting to spam bikes, but bikes being utilized as late game objective grabbers at 51 points per squad is hard to replace.
I haven't seen something like this in a game, so it is a bit difficult to judge.
Assuming the Wraithknight does not destroyed on turn 1, that is at least a good counterassault element helping to ensure your shooting Wraithguard do not get bogged down in assault.
There is a lot of variables in a list like this, especially when you factor what powers the Seer Council and Spirit Seer gets.
If you have the models, give it a shot. I'm not sure this is an army I would seek out to purchase initially due to a lot of unknowns.
Best of luck and let us know how it fares.

You have got to take Eldrad in this list as he gives you less gap to cover to get to the enemy. You are already taking a foot council - no reason not to take him. Drop the P Lord and use the remaining points on more WG and or give your Wraithlord better weapons.

Agreed. If not putting them on bikes, Eldrad needs to be one of the foot-Seers.

Forgive me I'm going from memory for points cost and dropping the council but here goes:
Pale Courts battlehost
Spiritseer 70
Warp Spiders (5) 105
Warp Spiders (5) with Exarch 105
Warp Spiders (5) with Exarch 105
Legends of the Craftworld
Eldrad 195
Wraithhost
Wraithguard (5) with Wraith cannons 160
Dedicated Wave Serpent, Shuriken Cannon 120
Wraithguard (5) with Wraith cannons 160
Dedicated Wave Serpent, Shuriken Cannon 120
Wraithguard (5) with Wraith cannons 160
Dedicated Wave Serpent, Shuriken Cannon 120
Wraithlord 125
Wraithknight 295
Total: 1840
With Eldrad d3 units have scout (Wave Serpents) and the core formation of the battlehost now being fulfilled by the Pale Courts, you now have your auto 6" run and alot of threat range off the gate...
Wraithguard wise you have a 12" scout followed by a 6" move with the serpents, 6" disembark, 6" auto run followed by a 12" range with the Wraithcannons (40" threat range)
The increased movement keeps the Wraithlord relevant,
Warp Spiders have the 2d6+6 movement + 6" run and 2d6 JSJ move as always.
May want to get some holofields in the future but I'll leave that to you.

Hey everyone, thanks for the help. I've decided to try and make a deathstar out of the wraithguard instead of having 2 deathstars with the seer council. This list has some actual ObSec troops and baharroth for no scatter DS and hit and run.

This isn't correct - a CAD requires two troop choices, and it's not an Allied Detachment as you cannot have an Allied Detachment the same Faction as your Primary Detachment.

Right, D - scythes then?
Eldad 195
Baharroth 170
Wraithguard (5) D - Cannons 160
Wraithguard (5) D - Scythes 210
Wraithguard (5) D - Scythes 210
Windrider Guardians (3) Scatter Lasers 81
Windrider Guardians (3) Scatter Lasers 81
Wave Serpent Underslung Shuriken Cannon 115

Eldar CAD
Farseer 100
Spirit Seer 70
Windrider Guardians (3) Scatter Lasers 81
Windrider Guardians (3) Scatter Lasers 81
Windrider Guardians (3) Scatter Lasers 81
Gate of Infinity with Baharroth for no Deepstriking with no scatter and Eldrad's WL trait scouts the Wave Serpents forward for a T1 D slap if required.
You can have either a squad of Scythes Deep striking (even in the 'flower' formation they come in with, they can still get a lot of hits) or wraithcannons for killing that Wraithknight/ Imperial Knight/ Riptipe/ Stormsurge your opponent has set up.
I've only had 3 or so games with this list and have tabled all my opponents with it by T2 (DA x2, Necrons x1) it has some nasty counters to it but mostly I just wasn't a fan of how it played...
