I'm looking at building an all female IG army primarily out of Vic's arcadians, and I'm trying to figure out what other items/bitz would fit best with them (as they're far from a complete range on their own.
(It's these ladies here for those not in the know)
So far, I already have both of her promo miniatures, the standard bearer and Female Commissar. I've also found the stunning Hasslefree Justice Sedante to use as an Inquisitor/senior officer.
So my question is this; Do any of you know any more sci-fi female sculpts of appropriate quality that would fit into the force?

Statuesque Miniatures does an excellent range of alternate heads for the girls: http://www.statuesqueminiatures.co.uk/c/4535598/1/heroic-scale-accessories.html
I've used a pack of beret heads for my alternate Veletarii, also using Vic's Arcadians, toting FW's Volkite Chargers.
edit.

Do they fit well on the Arcadian models do you know? That is to say, if mixed in with the vic heads, there's no perceptible difference?
I'm thinking that with a couple of mechadendrites, this 'Flesh and Steel from Reaper might fit well as a Techpriest.
Statuesque's Commissar looks like she might work with a weapon change too.

The freedom fighters from Statuesque are a bit smaller than the heroic scale models. As for the heads, they come in three sizes, including heroic and true-scale IIRC. I've used heroic scale heads myself, but according to some on these boards, they are too grotesquely oversized or something.
Personally I didn't notice any difference in the heads used from squad to squad.

Hmmm...I might have to trial them on one or two models first then. Thanks for the tip!
Sister Herja of Kromlech looks reasonably decent as a psyker standin. The official pic doesn't look great, but I've found one or two shots of her in resin that look better.

If looking for advisors and not adverse to paying boutique prices for them:
Brother Vinni's naval officer: http://www.brother-vinni.com/shop.htm#!/Ursula-fleet-officer/p/43369329/category=9008390
Raging Heroes has..
Irina Vega as master of ordnance / officer of the fleet: http://www.ragingheroes.com/products/irina-vega-orbital-strike-commander-adviser-kst
Ludmilla Magdanova as master of ordnance or regimental officer: http://www.ragingheroes.com/products/ludmilla-magdanova-strategist-kst
Nurse Karoline as a medic: http://www.ragingheroes.com/products/nurse-karoline-field-medic-kst
Though one fair warning with the Raging Heroes models, they will be giants compared to minis from Vic and other companies.

Hmmm...might avoid the raging Heroes then. Trying to make this army look more like actual women as opposed to pin-ups in uniform, so I don't think I'm missing too much!
I literally just spotted that Vinni naval officer ten seconds before you linked it though, and she's a real beaut! I'll grab one of her. I also found he does a medic:-
a sergeant.
and a missile launcher
I think the latter two would need a bit of work/chopping up to make fit with the Arcadians, but it should be manageable. Do any of you gents have a scale on the Vinni stuff to the vic stuff?

I've continued scouring the internet for female models appropriate for a vic miniatures style arcadian female force (so actually clothed professional looking figures), and the amount of badly sculpted cheesecake smut I've had to sift through is unbelievable. I don't mind cheesecake when done well (the Soda Pop miniatures make me laugh), but the number of barely clothed pencil waists with two giant lumps for boobs is just embarrassing.
I've purchased a large number of the models spoken about above, and I'll upload some scale comparisons for them all when I'm done purchasing (for others to reference). In the meantime, I've found the following:-
Hasslefree's Argia Tholos is a real beauty I found. She's ostensibly sculpted for Fantasy, but I can easily insert a sanctioned psyker staff into her hand instead of the existing staff. Her bald head also is just begging for some Homeworld 2 Cover style wires to come out of it. Hang an aquila pendant around the neck, and she'll be a stunning looking psyker.
Hasslefree's Amalthea would also be suitable for similar work. A sanctioned psyker staff and 40K bling will make a good looking psyker of her too.
Reaper's Rosie the Chronotechnician is a decent sculpt. I'm trying to figure out a way to convert her to make a suitable techpriest. Suggestions?
Svarog's Female Inquisitor with Cherub meanwhile, is a nice sculpt. It's /slightly too cheesecakey for this theme, but the mechanical arm and the Inquisitor rank (instead of Guardsman) makes it just about bearable, I think, if I painted the cleavage as a catsuit or something.
I've also fallen in love with Juditte Van Graaf by Trolls under the Bridge.

Rosie is a cool fig, but beware, like many (though not all) chronoscope figs, she towers over most other 28mm figs.
I don't have a pic of her with Vic figs, but here she is with an old Alpha Forge fig on the left and a Rezolution CSO Engineer on the right.

Some shots for scale. As you can see, Sister Herja is a giant. Both the Statuesque Commissar and Brother Vinni's Medic/naval officer are a full head taller than Vic's female Guard (so probably Raging Heroes height). The Hasslefree psykers though, are about the right size, they're slightly taller, but the vic helmets make up the height difference, so it's not too noticeable. Hasslefree's Justice Sedante is a *perfect* fit for vic miniatures scale wise. Reaper's Flesh and Steel is quite tall, but part of that is the integral metal base, she'll get shorter when I trim it off. Phoenix Club Wargames female cadians also fit reasonably well with vic's stuff, although it's nowhere near as nice!

Not female miniatures, but this shot shows a variety of GW miniatures alongside one of Vic's female Arcadians:
Thought it might prove to have some other, more common, miniatures alongside an Arcadian when you're comparing.
Generally speaking, I'd say that they scale well with most female figures from Hasslefree, Heresy miniatures, or Black Scorpion. There are some great female sculpts from all of those companies that would fit nicely.
As Mymearan says, Bad Squiddo games are a great resource for female miniatures; being a stockist of less exploitative or exaggerated miniatures. I'm sure the Dice Bag Lady will be able to help on scale comparison; she's a very helpful soul!

That's a pity the Raging Heroes figures are so much taller than the Victoria Minis, I did the RH kickstarter, and also have a pile of Vics in the garage awaiting some free time and I haven't yet bothered to check them side by side... Both company's figures are nice quality!
I may have to go with flat Renedra style bases for the RH women, and the more standard plinth-style bases for Vic, and see how that looks.
Thanks for the thread, lots of interesting ideas out there for a female IG army!

Here's a comparison between Raging Heroes (Jailbird), Anvil Industry (recently released "Gothic Void Armour" with Statuesque Miniatures head) and Victoria Miniatures (Arcadian with Warlord USMC shotgun):
