Okay, so my second set of rough riders for my sister's of steel army is in the works. Simple question (if any question ever really is simple...) I like this chaos shield for the archaic nature of my amazon rough riders, but have doubts it adds to the mini in any way. Give me some opinions. Do you like it? Shields are lame in 40k? Covers up too much? Whatever!

First the sergeant, two pics w/o shield, followed by two with.

Okay, regular trooper with the lance ( btw, thank someone they gave RR's a pistol and CC AND the lance. It was lame the old way when you never had a weapon in each hand)

Okay, please give me some feedback guys!

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.

What does it look like from the Lance side with the shield on? Also, have you considered moving the shield to the elbow so it does not hide so much of the frontal appearance?

It never ends well
