The goal of this army is to get all the negative Ld effects stacked on big ugly enemy things (like big tau suits, wraithknigt, deathstars, etc) then hit them with psychic shrieks/similar powers. Archon and lone Farseer jump in the Seer Council for Webway Portal shenanigans.

Ld Synergies:
Hemlock (-2 to morale/pinning/fear)
Warlocks (-3 from Horrify)
Farseer (-1 from Terrify)
Shadowseer (-2 from Mask of Secrets)
Archon (-2 from Armor of Misery)

There are lots of Ld attacking weapons/powers in the list as well.....

Looking for advice, comments, experiences with similar lists, etc.

Where does he say anything from the harlequins will be joining anything else?
