I'm going for more fun than competitive. This is using the wolves unleashed detachment to get whatever is needed most on turn two. I will hold the enemy up turn 1 with the dread in the drops, run the Calvary up, then put the storm wolfs where they are needed. I really like the idea of the cavalry and drop pods working in conjunction with the air support.

This is my first time posting a list, so i hope i did it right XD. But let me know if you see anything that i can change. I really like the idea of the storms wolfs and cavalry. The first time i saw the storm wolf i picture the landing craft from D-Day and really like the idea of assaulting from them. I kind of only put the drop pods in so they can tie up the enemy so the cav can wreck shop. I really like the theme of this list as it's really space wolfy and not just space mariny if you get my drift. That's why there are no bikes or tanks. But, let me know. Thanks.

I'd say the Blood Claws aren't really "assaulty" in their numbers. Take 15 with two flamers, power axe, wolf guard with wolf claws and you've got a decent assault unit. But try it your way. And find a way to add a flamer and a power axe in both packs.

WGBL should get artificer armour, maybe storm shield and the thunderwolf one a weapon other than a chainsword. Probably artificer armour, black death, storm shield. Some like armour of russ, power fist, wolf claw on their HQ.

Go CAD. ObSec is so much more worth than a maybe outflanking Storm Wolf and one guaranteed reserve.

That's a lot of drop pods. I hope you've already assembled them because that is going to be a pain to put together.

I personally wouldn't bother with the great axes, Space Wolf basic dreads only have two wounds so unless you're running Murderfang or Bjorn you'll get more value kitting them for dakka.
...then again, since it might take more shots to bring them down they might receive more than their fair share of attention and draw more fire than normal.

The blood claws are really there for cleanup and grabbing objectives.

I will try to get a cad list and up.

Adding more BC's seems legit.

Sad that the Grey Hunters can't get more potent weapons, and also wonder about the WGBL's using only chainswords... no wolf claw?

Ok, sorry for the delay. I changed the list to a CAD so i don't need two HQ anymore. Let me get your thoughts on this new list. I got some runic armor for the HQ and added two ferensian wolves to add more wounds to the blob of wolves. Should i lower the number of BC and give them more weapons? or switch the 8 BC in the droppods with the 5 in the stormwolf?

Put Lukas in the Storm Wolf.
Lukas is a character killer and his biggest weakness has always been mobility.

Assault Lukas and the Blood Claws into the enemy, remember Lukas has independent Character so he can be split off before charging. You have the ability to cause absolute chaos in your opponent's ranks and go hunting for big game.

Ya, Lukas can really go anywhere. I just wasn't sure to put him in the first assault or from a storm wolf later.

In a Drop Pod you have to plant him behind the Pod and all the other Blood Claws or he'll get shot before he even reaches combat. Better to only be risking overwatch.

Just take overwatch step by step, plan. You can best the odds.

I honestly see many points lost to extra attacks, upgrading BC's and Dual Wolf Claws.

I think Lucas could do best in a storm wolf, get him at least mid field, landing into CC.

Your dual dreads are awesome in many ways.
Can you keep them alive tho... how will you present them to your opponent, in which priority?

This list seems perfect for a unit of wulfen. The BC's get 12" range on the rolls off their chart, and with such numbers will be gleaning many buffs (one roll tho for all) making them quite cost effective.

How are you to deal with massively shooty lists, with 300+ dice rolled in the shooting phase?
You plan to engage quickly? Will you then absorbed the brunt of the attack successfully? Can you do this consistently?
