Yes or no question here, do i have to deep strike at the start of the movement phase? Or can i deep strike at the end of the movement phase and pop next to a teleport homer that i moved closer? I did not see anything saying it has to be at the start, i only saw in the movement phase.

If no, could some one point me to the rule book page? thanks guys!

Deep Strike refers to the Reserves rule on pg. 135. Last line on the page should be the one you are looking for.

But yes, you have to deep strike at the start of your turn.
