For anti- daemon testing, go with volume fire as all daemons are going to not care how high the AP is on the gun, so proxy your IonTide for an HBC tide.

You list is nearly a copy of poster 'emmekt's list currently in the forum. You have far too many Marker drones. I know it's the formation, but it eats points that could be spent on moar dakka.

Stims are a must for the StormSurge.

Flamers are the worst gun for Crisis Suits. Tooling to beat daemons should be with volume: dual Burst Cannons.

You can't give your Farsight Enclaves Crisis Commander Iridium armor. You can't have any signature systems from the Tau Empire Codex in your Farsight Enclaves detachment, only Farsight signature systems.
