It's going to be a walkover to most armies, simply not enough models on the table.
Serious lack of mobility too.
Dreadnoughts with lascannons don't work great either, for lascannons to effective you want them far away but really they need to be in CC.
Leave them with Multi meltas and get a razorback if you want some lascannons.
