Does anyone know if people can purchase Cthulhu Wars miniatures separately from the boxed game?

You can't get the plastic minis separately from the game unless you get lucky on ebay

(people could get them during the first KS, and some folk have broken up stuff from the game boxed too)

however if you are ok with metal and resin (and thus higher prices) you can get most of the figures from Fenris Games here (they're the company that did the sculpting work for the KS and thus have the rights to sell these)

They recently had a KS for a pathfinder book and you could buy the models. PM is due to launch monday so it might be worth contacting them to see if you can late pledge.

You might have some luck on BGG. The first CW KS had collector's mini's, which had no gameplay value (other than fanmade variants). The second CW KS had glow-in-the-dark GOO's, which also have no gameplay value. If you paint, send me a PM and I'll get you in touch with someone who offered his collector's mini's in exchange for painting his CW set.
