Lookin' tidy!

You might get bumped down to P&M rather than Showcase, as the bases aren't really done.

Perfectly acceptable table-top quality.
My suggestion for next steps would be to pick out a few details in a spot colour - the eye lenses on the helmets, adding the same gold colour to some of the armour details (chaos get quite a bit of this), some sort of bone colour for the horns on the guy on the right, the coils of the plasma gun (though some aren't a fan of that).

As above, good solid squad you have there. I'd say perhaps try out a few highlights on the horns/hair and go from there.

Once you get them based, you'll be surprised at how much more 'finished' they look
