Hey all
So I can't decide between some units.

Firstly, the elites:

Which would be better:

A: 10 DC w/ 1x power fist, 2x power weapon and jump packs.
B: 7x Sanguinary Guard w/ 3x swords, 3x axes and 1x power fist and a chapter banner.

If I went with the sanguinary guard, I'd place the captain with them on a jump pack and add a sanguinary priest. This would also allow me to put my 5 man bike squad up to 7. If I ran the DC, I'd put the captain and sang priest with my 5x bikes.

Secondly, anti-tank:

So I've always loved land speeders and predators. Both choices come to exactly the same pnt cost and I can't decide which is better.

A: 2x predators w/ auto cannon and sponson las cannons and super charged engines
B: 3x land speeders, all with assault cannons, 2 w/ multi meltas as well.

Let me know what you guys think. I'm personally leaning towards the sanguinary guard, because I already have nearly enough figures and it'd cost less (lol) but I'd be willing to get the DC if they are just a better choice. I don't have either predators or land speeders, and I couldn't say which I'd prefer. The number of assault cannon shots dished out from the land speeders do seem nice though

- Furioso w/ frag cannon in drop pod
TROOP
- Tac squad w/ flamer, heavy flamer in rhino
- Tac squad w/ flamer, heavy flamer in rhino
FAST ATTACK
- 5x bikes w/ 2x grav-guns, power sword on sergeant

Take the sanguinary guard. Tougher, and arguably better in cc than death co. With supporting priest. As for the second thing, land speeders. Much more fragile but faster, can junk, and multi meltas and assault cannons will do you better than an auto cannon and las.

Hey, thanks for the reply I'll go with Sanguinary Guard then, which is good for me as I have a bunch of models already. And the land speeders sound good, though I'm just worried with how fragile they are. Blood Angel Preds get super engines that make them fast vehicles as well. But still, the assault cannons...
