Hi, I was thinking of buying a character for Silver Tower but I can’t really find any reviews of the characters from the App, so I would like to know from anyone who has played with these characters what they are like to play with, the blurb on the App doesn’t really give much away. I want to play as a wizard type character. These are the ones I was looking at as they sound like wizards and I like the models. Thanks.

I can talk for the Loremaster as I bhought its warscroll.

has a 5+ save and 3+ agility
his 1+ action is a melee attack with 3+ 2dmg
his 3+ action is a ranged blast with a 3+ deals 1d3 dmg

he has the ability to deflect shots (-1 to hit from ranged attacks)

he has an ability that you can use a 4+ action to buff a hero with re-rolls to hit.

his renown goes up by 2 if he kills a unit with his melee attack and another one with his ranged attack in the same turn.

Thanks for the detailed response! Anybody else played with the other characters?

The Wight King is my favorite unit, and so far has killed every boss monster it came across.

he has a 4+ save and 6+ agility and move of 3
his Melee attacks is his black blade that uses 1+ and hits on a 2+, and his beheading strike that uses a 6+ and hits on a 3+, doing 3 damage

His abilities is that he heals a wound after every enemy combat phase automatically, and when he rolls a 6 on his beheading strike he does 6 damage instead of 3.

Reknown goes up with each kill beheading strike does.

basically, he is a decent tank with good weapon, and he is an absolute boss slayer when he gets his beheading strike off.

"Do you really think 7th edition was the best edition?"

"Yes, and I'm tired of thinking otherwise."
