Well GW has confirmed that we in fact have 5 companies, not 4 like most believe. Oh and they the third company's blood drop red which is nice as it's supposed to be set on a white arrow/cross/explosion. I'm not certain where the 4 companies idea came from but i see it everywhere and my guess is that when it was first said they were not taking into account the first company (Veterans).

So what about First Co? Sorry if the pic answers it, I am having trouble reading it.

Well the pic doesn't show anything for first company (could mean that due to gene flaws they don't have any veterans) but since the squads there are numbered 2-5 we can assume that first company is the codex standard (veterans, termies and dreads) and would run the standard Blood Angels 1st company icon of a white skull. Which, incidentally unlike the third company works as there are no squad type markings on veterans and termies.

I've now bought the eBook and it mentions that as the 4 main companies (2-5) are under strength (also a lack of battle brothers old enough to be captains) they are split into smaller groups when deployed and that the first company is divided among these groups as their commanding officers and command squads, therefore the first company is never mentioned as they never deploy as a full company.
