Hi all! My first post so please be patient and forgive any mistakes
I usually just play casual games of 40k so this is my first 30k list and it will also just be casual games so I'm not looking to optimize it completely just get a few pointers on what could be improved on and what might be lacking.
Ultramarines, Logos Lectora Rite of War
-HQ-
Centurion, Artificer armour, Refractor field, Legatine axe, meltabombs
Damocles command Rhino
-Elites-
Honoured Telemechrus
Apothecary
-Troops-
Tactical squad, Artificer armour, powerfist, vexilla, rhino
Tactical squad 15 marines, Artificer armour, power sword, meltabombs, vexilla
Invictarus Suzerains x 8
-Fast attack-
Storm Eagle
Jetbikes, multimelta, meltabombs (sarge only)
-LoW-
Roboute
So a few points on my tactics.
Roboute will go with the suzerains in the SE as an assault unit, attack the enemies back line
The Tactical squad in rhino I imagine will go grab objectives and such
The jetbikes are more for harassing and attempting to pop a few tanks (ones without armoured ceramite unless they assault with the meltabomb)
The blob squad with centurion and apothecary will camp my backfield (the command rhino can "paint" targets for interlocking tactics) with honoured telemechrus to support them or maybe he will move up as needed.
I know it is perhaps a bit lacking in the antitank department, so some thoughts I had were dropping Telemechrus down to an ordinary contemptor (I have his arms magnetized so I can give him MM or AC) and dropping a suzerain/a few marines and adding a couple laser rapiers or vindicator laser or predator?
If I find the logos lectora to be useless I have a forgelord I was thinking of replacing the command rhino with and putting him in with Roboute for the rad grenades
Thanks for any criticisms or tips

Roboute Guilliman encourages bringing multiple of a unit to buff them with his ability. There is no redundancy in your list.
Is your Centurion a Consul, or simply a Centurion?
Also, I would recommend a different mode of transportation for your beat stick/GuillimanStar. The earliest Guilliman can get stuck in here is turn 3, the latest turn 5. Of course, a Spartan or a Land Raider would be better, but if you like the eagle, that is your choice.
Also, personal preference, but the Master of Signals seems better than the Damocles.
Adding a Vindicator Laser Destroyer wouldn't be bad, nor would Quad Mortars with Shatter shells be bad for anti tank. Neither can really deal with a spartan with the works, but those are what melta bombs are for.

Hi thanks for the reply
Just a normal Centurion to fill that compulsory option, I may run him as a praetor in smaller games.
I have a Storm Eagle which I have yet to assemble so I suppose that is why I went with that option but a Land Raider or Spartan might be in the books eventually.
I took the Damocles mainly for the reserves buff as like you mentioned having the Roboute deathstar stuck in reserves would be a pain.
What are your thoughts on a pair of laser rapiers vs something like a Vindicator laser destroyer or even a Sicaran as they all seem roughly the same points?

I prefer the Sicaran as it ruins the day of jet bikes and skimmers, while also being able to fire on the move. Give it tank Hunter from Roboute, and the main gun is a vicious thing, especially with the Lascannon sponsons to back it up.
The Vindicator Laser Destroyer is also a good option, but it must be immobile for you to get the maximum benefit. Depending on how terrain dense your boards are, it could be pretty bad if it can never get a good shot on things.
The Laser Rapiers are also alright, and suffer from the same lack of mobility that the Vindicator does. However, they do benefit from the Ultramarines Legion Tactics, which is a good thing, giving you half of preferred enemy.
If you aren't going to throw sponsons on the Sicaran, it's more of a toss up. Though, I suppose if you are using Logos Loctora, the BS2 snap firing could let you use the Rapiers as an anti air gun in a pinch, too.
Edit: Also, if yo have the arms for it, consider turning Telemarchus into a contemptor Mortis with two kheres assault cannons. Murders marines, murders planes, murders everything!
