Hi.

Three quick questions for space marine people.

1: If I put a character with 9 tactical marines, can I combat squad?

2: Can I put a character in Cataphrcii Terminator Armour in a drop pod?

3: Can I get a single Librarian for a Sternhammer formation?

No because "You must decide which units are splitting into combat squads, and which models go into each combat squad, immediately before determining your Warlord Traits. " and the IC is not a part of the squad at this point.

Why wouldn't you be able to? He is still infantry right? (Just note he takes up extra room if he has the bulky rule or something like it).

I am not sure about the third one.

1) No. Combat squad requires the squad to be at 10 models before warlord traits are generated.

2) Yes. He will take two of the ten spaces because of his bulky rule.

3) No. The only way to get Libby in the Sternhammer is the Conclave, which requires 3.

EDIT: Dangit, ninja'd while I was looking up the sternhammer.
