Anyone know what issue this white dwarf is?

This page (and the one on the right) is from the 5th edition Space Wolves Codex. I checked it, page 80. It may have been in White Dwarf, too. Do you need the source of the pic or a specific WD? I can check WD issues tonight (in about 15 h) if you need more info
