Those are Reaper figs.

Older ones., unless they are Bones reprints of the older ones.

I have #3. I use her for a super villain with Pulp City. I think I have 2 someplace. He's like famine, or something like that. (Reaper did the 4 horseman a ways back before the Bones adventure in PVC.)

Thank you so much. I thought they looked like Reaper but I tried using the figure finder and couldn't track them down. Weird.
