They say 'a picture is worth a thousand words', but it's usually nice to include a few words with the pic haha. Nice minis though, the binary on the shield is a nice touch.

Seriously loving these marines [which is a first as generally I have no interest!]- especially the lone Blood Angel- he's got me having a crack at my Spacehulk terminators [finally!].
Really atmospheric and battelworn. Any specific painting techniques you use for this battle worn look? Mostly washes or do you use powders as well? White base coat? Basically any pointers?
