So far I have all my tokens, damage deck, maneuver templates, ships, ship numbers, pilot cards, upgrade cards and range finder. I should print out my list, not sure how many to print. Anything else I need to bring?
What should I expect when I get there? It is an lgs tournament and not anything like a regional.
My list is going to be:
Poe
R2d2
Vi
Ello Asty
R5p9
Vi
Blue ace
Integrated afro
Bb8

Victory is not the most important outcome. Enjoyment and excitement is the best outcome, victory is sweeter when it was fun. |

First: get two more copies of integrated astromech. It's a mandatory zero-point upgrade, and not having it just puts you at a disadvantage.
Second: the most important thing that you haven't already listed is some kind of tray or box to carry everything between games. You're going to want to be able to quickly pack up all of your stuff, move to another table, and unpack it to start the next game. Tournaments need to keep things moving so you really don't want to be sitting there digging through a pile of stuff to find all of your tokens again.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices. |

Yea, I'm not going to drop $30 to get the 2 cards. I'm just playing for fun so it's not that big of a deal for me.
That's a good idea with the organization. Right now I have it zip locked together but I'm thinking maybe I'll go get a mini storage container as all my stuff is in big containers.

Welcome to playing X-Wing.

Winning is fun, right? At the very least, see if someone has those cards for you to borrow.

If you're at a tournament, a tray is almost a necessity. Some places (like my FLGS) have them for people to use but I bought my own. If you don't want to shell out the cash for a nice tournament tray, a shoe box lid or a small Plano box works well, too.
You don't need to print a bunch of copies of your list and you don't even really need to print one for a small tournament. In larger tournaments, I'll usually carry around a printout of my list to give my opponent while we set up. It's not necessary, but it is a nice courtesy.

It'd probably be worth at least printing a version with and without extra Integrated Astromechs and see if you can borrow some from someone there.
While its a really good upgrade, my long-term advice right now is to suggest waiting for Heroes of the Resistance. That will eventually be the less redundant way to get more of them.

This i feel is the best loadout for Poe
Autothrusters
R5-p9
Push the limit
Being able to focus and boost/TL was invaluable.
Poe was able to hold his own against 3 torpedo depleted U-boats.
Id recommend Biggs w/ Integrated astro and R2-d2 to accompany

I do have Biggs. But I don't plan on changing my list unless someone let's be borrow integrated Astromech. I don't have any autothrusters cards either and if I did I would have to restructure to make the points fit.
With Poe and Asty it's better to reverse the r2d2 and r5p9 so Asty can Tallon roll and focus. Then if Poe Tallon rolls he will likely use a green maneuver anyways and can then focus after removing stress.

Im going have to disagree with that but to each his own.
As for what to expect since its a lgs: palp aces, tie swarms, rebel regen, possibly U-boats and palp decimator/whisper.
good luck!
