Basically, can a Stormcast Eternal Stormhost have like a splinter group with its own name/colors, or would that just be a full Stormhost? I have a color scheme in mind (silver with red accents) and a name that I like, which is "Hallowed Redeemers" but that sounds very close to the existing Hallowed Knights (silver armor with blue). I am thinking of other names that I like, but if I decide to go with Hallowed Redeemers, would it be far-fetched to have the fluff be that they are a splinter group of the Hallowed Knights that formed their own Stormhost for some reason or another? There doesn't seem to be a lot of guidelines about how Stormhosts are formed, so this doesn't seem like it would be too out of the realm of possibility, but I'm someone who likes the fluff and wants to make sure I'm not doing anything that doesn't fit. Worse comes to worse I can think of a different name, I have a few names floating around thus far:

* Hallowed Redeemers
* Stormbringers (I like this, but sounds generic)
* Storm Lions
* Interdictors (need a descriptor here, possibly "of Sigmar" or "of the Storm")
* Storm Templars

Storm hosts are laid down by Sigmar, and due to the nature of life as an Eternal you wouldn't get splinter groups.
The stormhosts themselves are collections of Stormcast who share common characteristics.
However, there is absolutely no reason why you can't have your own Stormhost. Although there are certain stormhosts who recur in the fluff, it's also made obvious there are plenty more.

I would say, at that point, you could just make a new Stormhost with similar characteristics or part of a different chamber within the Stormhost,

I say why not? When I eventually get to my Stormhosts, they are going to be warriors who can finally see and and are not blind to who really Sigmar is. The false god, the Coward god.

Try putting Tyranid Gargoyle wings on a Stormcast Eternal. Looks freaking sweet.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?
