That's only a draft list, I've never played with it. Here are some ideas and more questions:

Cloud strike with Fire Dragons in Falcons. Farseer may go into a Fire Dragons squad or into the Dire Avengers one. Any preference? Which psychic discipline will be better for him? If he join the Dire Avengers, it may be useful to drop the singing spear, one Dire Avenger and squeeze 4 points more from somewhere else, to take for him the Uldanorethi Long Rifle (to keep him busy in the shooting phase)?

Autarch will join Spiders and hunt what they can. Maybe even assault some weak CC annoying squad. Which power weapon for the autarch you recommend?

Small windriders squads only goal is to take objectives. Maybe better they begin in reserve?

Big windriders squad, better with scatter lasers or shuriken cannons? And the warlock with them, would make use of a singing spear?

Any change in the weapons combinations of the vehicles? Any upgrade they should take?

Any other feedback?

Farseer - I would proxy him on one of your bikes.
Autarch - I would not have a Power Weapon because of his sissy strength. Scorpion Chanisword maybe. And GW's facebook FAQ has a specific Q that says an autarch won't get FlickerJ, even with a WarpGen. So check that with your local group.

I would find points to upgrade all to ScatLas. With my above recommendation, you're gonna have 2 groups of 5, each with the additional psyker-biker.

Spider - H2h for S3 elf is meh (as above for the autarch). You lose the ability to assault with a Spinneret, and *yes* once in a while you do assault with spiders.
Hawks - actually, the Sunrifle is good. I'm just the kind of list builder that perfers to put as many points into bodies as possible.

Perfect Timing and other Divination powers are good for a farseer to take if purposed to join shooters, especially as FireDs will target vehicles, that often might be able to Jink ... unless you've scored Perfect T.

The chainsword. AP3 h2h toys are meh anyhow.

Depends on the mission, who goes first, deployment and terrain.

ScatLas, pretty much always. Singing Spear is a last item I put on as heading for the points limit.

I was thinking in a Power Lance: S4 AP3 when charging. It's better than S4 AP6 of the chainsword, even so, maybe it doesn't worth the 12 extra points.

You lose the ability to assault with a Spinneret
Are you sure? If you say it because Spinneret is a Rapid Fire weapon, Warp Spiders are Jet Pack Infantry, so they are Relentless, so they can charge in the same turn they fire Rapid Fire weapons.

I liked the idea of a flexible unit, usually used like typical Warp Spiders but being capable, thanks to the Autarch and the Exarch, to assault not specialized units, if not to destroy them to get "cover" being in h2h combat when there isn't proper cover near. But maybe it wasn't a practical idea...

No, I'm trying to make a list with a balance between being more or less competitive and using "combos" like cloud strike or aspect host, on one hand, and, on the other, not being too spammy and using models which I like.

This is a pretty solid list. I think it's time to deploy and play it in a couple of games then change things around to increase its effectiveness.
