So far I have:
HQ:
Legion Praetor: x1 Cataphractii Terminator Armor with Combi-Bolter and Power Weapon, Grenade Harness, and Iron Father.
Legion Centurion: x1 upgraded to a Forge Lord with Artificer Armor.

Troops:
Tac Squad: Marines with Bolters x14
Sergeant: x1 With Combi-Plasma(Staying Shooty), Artificer Armor, and Melta Bomb.

Tac Squad: Marines with Bolters x14
Sargeant: x1 With Combi-Melta(Haven't gotten to him yet not sure), Artificer Armor, and Melta Bomb.

Elites:
Cataphractii Terminators: x4 with Combi-Bolters and Power Weapons.
Sergeant: With Grenade Harness, Combi-Bolter, and Power Weapon.

Legion Contemptor Dreadnought Talon: x1 with Inbuilt Twin-linked Combi-Bolter, and Kheres Pattern Assault Cannon.

Heavy Support:
Legion Sicaran Battle Tank: x1 Armored Ceramite, Auxiliary Drive, Blessed Autosimulacra, and Las-Cannon Sponsons.

Lords Of War:
Legion Glaive Special Weapons Tank: Armored Ceramite, Blessed Autosimulacra, Laser Destroyer Sponsons.

Legion:
Legion Astartes, Loyalists.
X: Iron Hands.

Now mind you this is just a basic layout/idea list, all of the listed stuff is owned, and in process of being built, the upgrades, not sure if they are the best, but would like advice on that, as well as where else I should go with them(as far as what other units should I add). I'm just not sure what else to add, I mean, A veteran tac-squad is in my planned list, and maybe doing a Predator Squadron(Since Iron Hands are Vehicle Heavy), or doing more Contemptor Dreads... I have options, just not sure what the best options are. Any and all help would be huge!

I'd consider getting a transport for the terminators, land raider or spartan.

Secondly, consider using Autek Morr is your HQ, he's one of the best. Adding him and some plasma to the terminators is a really good combo (Preferred enemy!)

Thirdly, 2 apotechary's to go with your tac squads, they're a PITA to kill with IH special rules.

Finally, about the tac squads, take Vexila's, small investments means they are much more solid on the moral front.

Personally I like AP2 weapon on the sargeant (I prefer powerfist or poweraxe + melta bombs).

Rest looks good, on the glaive use the normal 2 shot lascannons, they're better than the destroyers.

Thanks for the help with that! I did end up adding Vexilla's to the Tac's, also did plan on getting Apothacaries as well for those squads, my friend did say those would both be good additions. Do plan on adding a 10 man Vet-Tac with Heavy Bolter and Melta with Sniper. The other consideration filling my heavy slots out was either a Predator Squadron, or maybe a Deredeo Dred, something to give my army some more oof and some long distance support too. Eventually I plan on adding Ferrus Manus eventually so I have options in the Lord Of War area too. But thanks for the advice! Much appreciated!

Your welcome! As FW (and the game in general) is expensive you might want to consider your future army. If your ultimate aim is to use the gorgon I'd prepare to have 3 tac squads in rhino, terminators in a spartan and further tank (pred/sic/vindi) support. One of my friends uses dual plasma pred, dual vindi tank hunter and I must say it's very effective and gets a bunch of armour on the field to take advantage of Ferrus and the ROW.

Taking this into account I'd advice against the vets. They don't synergize well with the above.
