Hey,
1. I can't find Conclave of the burning one in BattleScribe, googled but no luck :(

1. Add Force, Force Type "Formation Detachment", Catalogue "Necron Codex V9" then it´s listed under "Formation".
2. Of course you can field the Conclave with a decurion as both are separate detachments. But no you can not field the Conclave as an AUX formation for the decurion.

Select the (No Category) and choose 'Relics and Warlord Traits'. Click on that and change the source from 'Codex Necrons' to 'Exterminatus Mephrit Dynasty'.

I would recommend never using Battlescribe for anything.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

The Conclave itself is in a weird position cuz technically the central component, the C'tan Shard, no longer exists as the same name, instead now two specifically named shards and the Trans-C'tan.
