Hi everyone,

We had been liking the look of dice rolling trays - but didn't want to spend the $$ to purchase one.

Then, stumbled on an inexpensive game ("Farkel") at a thrift store which came with one. All good except that it had the game's rules painted onto the felt.

So, we rebuilt it, with new, thicker felt.

Wasn't so bad and turned out pretty well.

Nice one.

With that colour felt, if you put some texture on the wall, it could be made into a magic pool or something and actually sit in the scenery on the game table.

Thanks very cool idea. If we find another one, we could also use your idea and use some grey felt and make one which is something like a crater....
