1. You are not allowed to take multiple relics anymore due to FAQ.
2. I would suggest running the "Wulfen Murderpack" Formation since you're already running the required amount for the special rules. A 24" move for the TWC can be extremely potent if you happen to roll that 6 on the curse of the wulfen table. That's a 26"-36" threat range.

I suggest you take the Wolf Lord with Thunderwolf, Armour of Russ, Wolf claw, Power fist and add a Drop Pod for one of the Wulfen squads.
The Power fist on the Grey Hunter squad is a waste. It's a single attack.
I'd drop one Grey Hunters squad for a Wyrdstorm brotherhood.

Armour of Russ is TDA termie armour, you can't take it with a mount.
Black Death is mean but at 25 points I'd rather a Powerfist for the instadeath chance on anything t5 or under.
Wulfen Stone can be good, it is pricey at 40 points but since your Wolf Lord is likely to be with Thunderwolf Cavalry and a shot at rending at initiative 4 and 5 I'd take it over Black Death.
Wolf Lord 105
Thunderwolf 50
Runic Armour 20
Storm Shield 15
Powersword 15
Wulfen Stone 40
Fen Mutt 8
253 points packing an extra wound and extra attacks.
I agree with Krackendoom, take the Wulfen as a Murderpack formation. Use what not being able to take all those relics saved you on the Wolf Lord to buy two servitors at 10ppm to fill the elite slots and keep the Company detachment, assuming you want it for the WS5 Thunderwolves. I'll also agree with him that a Powerfist has no place on a Grey Hunter, upgrade one to a Wolf Guard Pack Leader and put it on him.

Where is this stated? Not in its entry. I think it is an Artificer armour.

Didn't even notice that about the relics when I skimmed through the FAQ, thanks for the heads up.

I thought you couldn't use relics from the codex in the Company of the Great Wolf formation because it's in the supplement? If I can I'll do as you suggested and throw in a couple of servitors to fill the requirements.
Revised the list a bit;

I can't find anything suggesting it's TDA, the fluff piece in the codex just calls it a suit of armour, I've always assumed it was just fancy power armour.

They may be confusing it for the CotGW armour which is TDA armour.

I'd be delighted if it is artificer armour.
I got forced to play it as plain old Runic Armour at a tournament recently. I'm hunting for the FAQ the judge showed me but maybe he got it off an unofficial site. I did't look too far into it because I won the challenge anyway and my Wolf Lord didn't get the chance to make another for the rest of the event.

People are thinking of "The Armour of Asvald Stormwrack" which is a relic in a supplement for the Space Wolves. The armour grants bulky, deepstrike, a 2+ save, (maybe a 5+) 4+ invulnerable and IWND. Pretty much all the aspects of TDA without it being actually stated so, so people pulled shenanigans and put it on wolf lords with mounts cataphractii style.
The Armour of Russ is however, able to be used by anyone who can take it, mount or no mount.

Yep. I blooped on that piece about taking the company and still being able to take the Wulfenstone, the supplement has its own relics.

If going dual Wulfen, no reason not to use the formation. for sure.
I do not see any real load-out or balance issues, it's very up close and personal... my style lol
I personally think it's a shame to not utilize an i5 CC boss with something that'll strike @initiative... but if it works, then definitely go it!
Wolf Claws on Thunderwolves is like bread and butter... they synergize so well =)
