Here is my attempt at a thematic KDK Brazen Beasts list. While it may seem detrimental to have a separate CAD as I lose out on slaughter-cult bonuses for those units consider this: Land Raiders really don't benefit for the BT table, Cultists exist solely to die so catering buffs to them makes little sense, so the herald is really the only place I lose potential from the table and even then its not much.

I think the 2 land raiders is a bit too much of a point sink for 1500, it's almost a third of your army. I'd instead get rid of one, get a Rhino, beef up tour chaos lord and spend points on another unit of making other ones stronger.

2 raiders is just scary many points.

Would it be better changed to an allied detachment with a warpsmith, a unit of cultists, and a spartan assault tank?
