Once again fellas I do apologise for the spamming of question's, but you are very very helpful and quick to respond! Unlike another Forum which I wont name.... -_-

So yeah this is also in regards to my large Bust I am doing. I am doing a large exposed fresh Amputation on a forearm on my Bust I am doing. I have been looking up Blogs on Google about Nurgle Army's and yes real Medical Operations etc to get a rough idea as I will also been GS/Plasticard the Bones and tissue etc.

My Question to you is what are YOUR ways of Painting Realistic Blood/Bone/Muscles/Wounds. As Simple as it seems, it can be difficult to pull off especially if you are like me and have OCD and want to nail the feel/Realism of the scene

I have seen GW Technical Blood Paint which I think I MAY use...

Kind regards, Brad.

Citadel "Blood for the Blood God" is an excellent technical paint. Highly recommend for blood.

This tutorial is pretty good, the new GW washes can be used in place of some of the Tamaya stuff...

Healthy bones and muscle are filled with blood, and so are red in a fresh wound, and will glisten with myoglobin and blood, so bftbg or tamiya clear red will look appropriate. The trick I imagine will be to capture the texture of the tissue beneath the sheen, which will give it the realism that you are after.

clear glue, the regular kind you get at an arts and crafts store.

Pour a big glob out, and depending on how fresh you want the blood to look use varying brightness of red paints. A dark red would be older blood, a really bright red would be fresh, arterial blood.. Add in a few drops of 'Ard Coat

Take one or two drops of the red paint (at most) and use a toothpick to vigorously mix in the red paint and the glue. Let it sit a minute or so until the glue starts to set a tiny bit. Then using an old brush or your tooth pick, paint some of the blood glue onto the model and you can draw it out to make it look like strands of dripping blood.

When it dries some of the sections that had the 'Ard Coat mix will get a glossy look and others won't. It'll give the blood a good congealing look, and you can always layer on a little 'Ard Coat afterwards too to bring up more gloss.
