This is my first ever, not planning anything more for the moment than just have fun with my girlfriend. I really do appreciate if any changes made would still encompass having Njall, Bjorn and a group of Gray Knights.

I would consider dropping the multi melta and rhino on the long fangs and keep them a long range support unit hiding in a building or something.
On the grey hunter pack leaders I'd also recommend dropping one special weapon because they're pretty pricy for a model that can die fairly quickly, I'd recomend keeping the claw.
Where is njal going? If he deepstrikes on his own hs very vulnerable and if he walks up the board he'll be slow. Maybe drop the lone wolves for a squad of 3 terminators in a drop pod/deep striking with njal as a bodyguard?
Considering you're just having fun with these lists I won't get into the nitty gritty about weapon upgrades and such to squeeze out points.

Better field Wulfen with shields. The Grey Hunter squads look odd. Field them either geared for close combat with power weapon and additional ccw and an assault vehicle or just two special weapons and a Drop Pod or Rhino.
Have your Long Fangs be based on a Range (inches) distance, and let one be the oddball who splitfires.
The Grey Hunters are very heavy pts wise, they'll be eliminated first and lose you a third of your army's points in just the two units... may as well field Terminators for that price hehe
IMO - get two of some gun, Melta or Plasma, and Rhino them (based on the tactics I'm seeing you wanna employ) as they'll be able to shoot out with 2 weapons each turn and survive well.
Having a power weapon in the squad, pricey but depending on your tactics, can definitely do work. TWO tho, man - you better make sure they reach CC to be worth it I do believe loading up a Wolf Claw & Power Fist on the same model is not worth, unless it's like THE Wolf Lord of the army... just soooo many points for a -single- wound model to carry.
it's refreshing seeing Lone Wolves, imo Termy with Chainfist, the way to be xD
your loadout is good tho for sure.
Automatically Appended Next Post: A TH/SS or 2 on the wulfen is definitely wise.

You don't tend to need much TEQ or MEQ specific if you load out the Wulfen properly and choose your charge targets well, a round of melee with a unit bearing 2x THSS, 1x FClaws and 1x GFA will put most squads in the ground or at least drop them to minimal attacks before the Thunder Hammers even get their initiative step - The bigger issue is usually getting at preferable targets in the first place.
I'd ditch the Lone Wolves' combi weapons and swords and load them both with Storm Shields, Storm Bolters and Melta Bombs. They'll be harder to kill and might be able to deepstrike/footslog their way up to some vehicles that need some wrecking.
Other than that I'd just be agreeing with what others have already said.
I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.
Update, this is how it looks like now after taking all the advice into consideration.

This guy will go with one of the Hunters group and footslog with them
Better field the same weapon on all Long Fangs. No special weapon at the Ancient. Plasma gun and pistol on the same guy is a waste. Two special weapons at the GH if possible.
Also Long Fangs in a drop pod isn't going to work well. The heavy weapons will hit on 6s on the drop. Not good.
With your list I'd go Lascannon. Play your Grey Hunters as Melta Droppers and I'd go with Heavy Bolter instead. Missile launcher is the most versatile option though.
Pull the melta off the fangs and go 3:1 with two weapons types. Also the Plasma loaded Ancient is out of place.
You already have what you need for Wyrdstorm Brotherhood formation with the Rune Priest and Njal, may as well get the 3+ successes on your warpdice for Tempastus. Living Lightning is niiice!
Dual Wolf Claws, and Claw+Fist seems too heavy, but go with what works for you. If it does well, awesome.
All of this is in my opinion tho, it matters how it runs on the table for you. Get'm good!
