How does a Twin Linked Heavy Flamer work, say o the sposon of a Guard super heavy? Do you use 2 templates instead of one?

It's basically the same as Shred I think. Wound rerolls.

The rules for Twin-linked or Template weapons (I forget which) covers this.

Basically it is as pm713 said - you re-roll To Wound rolls.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

This is the same as all tl flamer models, the only exception being twin flamer pistols, as carried by SoB seraphim, which count as one flamer.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

Back in the WH Codex, yes. The WD codex and new digital version has them equipped with two handflamers. Which ofc are handled exactly like any two other pistols.

So then are the TLHF worth taking on the sponsons? Or should I go with the TLHB?

I personally would say the TLHB. If enemy units are close enough to hit with the heavy flamer, my tank is already in trouble.

Agreed. There are a few (very few) ways that a tank can pick up the ability to fire Overwatch*. In that case, at least one pair of twin-linked heavy flamers might be worth it. Otherwise, always stick with more dakka.

* In 30k lists, a Leviathan force organisation chart allows it, as does a Solar Auxilia tank commander. I'm not sure if the 40k Astra Militarum have anything similar available to a Baneblade.
