Hey guys, I built this finecast Dark Apostle and my lord this thing is so breakable. Is there any way to make this crap stronger than dried toothpaste? The iron halo around his head on the back of the pack broke like 30m after I put it together.

Is there anything you can do to make it not flexable/flimsy ? any help would be great!

Armies I'm piddling with:
SM - Storm Giants
CSM - Crimson Slaughter
KDK - The Wrath

Encasing it in a block of clear resin might work...

But no, 'Fine'cast is flimsy.

so best bet it to go on and break it the rest of the way off and just paint it without it?

Best bet would be to return it for a refund as it is unfit for purpose, and buy something plastic or metal instead.

Otherwise, yes, just leaving of problematic pieces is likely to be the next best option.

Cool, yeah I just cruised Ebay for a second and noticed that all the ones on there and not a one had the piece of crap on it. Figures, it looks really cool... wish they had this model in plastic.
