Just wondering whether or not the minis look exactly the same in terms of Shoulders+PA. Im assuming that the only difference being more CCW and BP.

I would assume its just the standard Space wolf sprue. The only thing seems to be is that you get 15 models in the pack.

Outer Space, Apparently

I'm pretty certain that you can create what you want from the standard sprue as Winter said; Blood Claws, Grey Hunters and regulars. You just get more of them.

Yep, same kit.

Blood Claws are modeled typically with pistol and sword and no helmet so you can see their bright red hair.

Tau and Space Wolves since 5th Edition.

You get three different infantry kits for Space Wolves.
Ten pack Blood Claws/Grey Hunters/Wolf Guard
Five Long Fangs
One Grey Hunter with Wolf Standard

Other than that you're kit bashing vanilla marines to get variety.

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.

To conclude, all space wolfs in Power Armour share the same sprues.
And you also get bits to make scouts, in case you find some of the heads peculiary tiny looking out of the Power Armour.
