Hi I am a 40k player and have a decent collection of daemons and would like to start with world bearers. But I am completely new to 30k
What books do I need in order to play world bearers with daemon allies?
And how do world bearers play in 30k and what would be good to start with besides or on top of the calth set ?

You'll also need the 2 red books from FW for the points cost of units and the legions rules, because the new ones have just come out. The Word Bearers are a unique legion in my opinion, closest you'll get to CSM in 30k. Gal Vorbrak are a great unit, and you can put them in Drop Pods using the correct rules (RoW). These guys are also daemons which will scare away normal tacticals and they are great in close combat. The Ashen Circle come with Jump packs and are also a decent unit for harassing people. The new red books and Gal Vorbrak are my suggestion to you.

Those Gal Vorbaks look great. They outclass CSM possed marines I presume, and fear is a serious thing in 30k ?
The 2 red books are they these 2 books ?

And would the new book be helpful / what is the new red book ?

The second link you have is the wrong book, my mistake
https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-GB/The-Horus-Heresy-Legiones-Astartes-Age-of-Darkness-Legions
That is the book which has the Word Bearers legion rules in it, along with every other legion. The first book link, which is correct, has been updated very recently which is good for you. Fear is an actual thing in 30k, fighting daemons is hard because SM no longer possess the ATSKNF rule, so tacticals have to rely on a leadership of 9 or 8 usually. Gal Vorbak are so much better than possessed marines because they have ranged weapons and power weapons with no random daemon chart, Toughness 5 to boot. Automatically Appended Next Post: https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Warhammer_40,000/Tactics/Space_Marine_Legion_List_(30k)#XVII_Legion:_Word_Bearers
This link will be very helpful to you, find the Word Bearers section and read the legion rules, that should give you a better idea on what you can do with them.

Word Bearers are perhaps the most unique Legion in 30k in the sheer number of special units they get and how very different those units are, their solid array of characters, their strong Legiones Astartes rule and their access to various good upgrades. You have access to three special units, all of which are useful. You have the Gal Vorbak (powerful melee specialists, think slower but tougher Wulfen), Ashen Circle (more resilient Assault Marines with WS5, hand flamers and improved chainaxes) and the Mhara Gal (an expensive super-Contemptor with loads of special rules). You have access to Tainted Weapons which you can replace your power weapons with, giving you Instant Death, and you can upgrade many of your infantry squads with Dark Channelling, which gives a random bonus (such as Zealot or +1S). Your special characters include a Praetor who is a lot cheaper than his wargear suggests he should be (though he needs that since he doesn't have a paragon blade), a juiced-up Chaplain in Erebus, and Kor Phaeron (a Lightning Claw Terminator who I find kind of mediocre), as well as Zardu Layak who is a good psyker with a special monster bodyguard. Any of your generic characters can be made level 1 psykers. Your Legiones Astartes rule improves your morale and sweeping advances, but at the cost of requiring an extra chaplain or non-consul centurion in addition to your normal HQ pick. Gal Vorbak are better than Possessed because, for about 40% more points per model, you get WS5 S5 T5 I5 A2 W2 3+/5++ with Rending, Rage and Stubborn, bolter, bolt pistol, CCW, deep strike, access to various power weapons (including power fist) and a squad leader who has +1W and A and access to 2+ armor for 10 points. They don't score, but who cares? Did you take Possessed for scoring?

Is there a good way to play to the Word Bearers demon alliance while also including some very capable anti-AV14 into a list?

There are AV 14 tanks that every Marine army has access to.
Just as a side note, so that you are aware, you can play Chaos Daemons in 30K without Word Bearers. They can be played standalone.
The challenge with WB and Daemons is simply finding the points. I have a Daemon allied detachment...A Lord of Change, a unit of Pink Horrors, and a Daemon Prince, but I very rarely have a chance to use it due to points limitations.
Maybe since things seem to have gotten a bunch cheaper points-wise with the new redbook, this may change things a bit.

Assault marines with Dark Channeling are actually pretty scary now, as they don't cost an obscene amount and can put the hurt on if need be. So they are an option if you end up having your daemons as more of a backline.

I'm so very happy with Assault Marines now...I have 20 of em, but never saw a reason to paint em because they were so damn pricey.
Hell yes, it's time for a 20 man Assault Squad with Dark Channeling an Apothecary, and a mean nasty CC Praetor with jumpack!
From what I've seen, it looks like they did a pretty good revision to the points altogether.

I'm sad that breachers aren't cheaper, but I'm weird and want to play an IWs army based on them, so

And don“t forget that word bearers are the only legion with acces to daemonology psiquic powers, so you will take profit of you chaos daemons. Futhermore, if you take the word bearers rite of war or you choose Erebus o Kor Paheron as your warlods you could ally with Daemons.
I recommend you to start with a Betrayal at Calth box, you would get with enought tactical marines, a Chaplain and enought points to make a 1.000 list.
To expand from BaC I think that the best idea is to buy (o convert with possesed) the Gal Vorbak and Lorgar. Lorgar ascended is a powerful psyker who may summon hordes of daemons and outnumber quickly your adversary.

I used Dark Vengeance Chosen (on Terminator bases and raised up a little) for my Gal Vorbak. One thing I don't like about Forgeworld Gal Vorbak models, even though they look awesome, they are not WYSIWIG. Gal Vorbak come equipped standard with Bolters, but the FW models have no bolters. I like the Chosen because the models are geared up like the Gal Vorbak are listed (plus a model with LCs and a model with PF, which are both good options for a Dark Martyr IMO).
Just a thought.
Also, the Dark Apostle model from BaC makes a good Erebus. I just swapped the head out.
I used a Chaos Terminator Lord with LCs for Kor Phaeron.
I modded a Fantasy Sorcerer of Chaos for Zar Layak.
I modded the DV Helbrute to be a Mara Ghal dread.
Just some ideas...
