I... actually don't know. Help?

Can you thin airbrush paint with water?

Also, can I use Army Painter, Citadel and Vallejo Game Colour for airbrushing?

Yes you do. Flow Improver would help as well.

Nah you dont, put some flow improver in first, then whatever paint (any range) and water in after. Mix it using a brush and backflow, voila any paint can go through your AB.

You can thin just with water. It's going to make life harder for yourself though and some techniques are going to feel very difficult or impossible using just water.

Water doesn't flow as well, doesn't self-level as well and it dries too slowly compared to an actual airbrush thinner. Most airbrush thinners also contain some stronger solvents so they bite more in to the previous layer and clean the tip as you spray to reduce tip dry.

Sure, you just need to thin them appropriately.

You can use water. The issue is the paint will dry and crust faster on your needle tip, which will generally happen anyway but it's a pain if it's very frequent - which it will be without a proper thinner.

You can use flow improver sure, but that nor water, will work nearly as well as a proper thinner. I'd suggest Vallejo thinner, Golden airbrush medium, or my favorite Liquitex airbrush medium.

Starting out and learning the airbrush is tough enough already, just get the proper thinner and make it, slightly, easier on yourself.

Is vallejo airbrush thinner and vallejo flow improver good for thinning?

This is a 'depends' type answer. It really ends up being about the paint itself in question, even how old it is. You wont need to thin all paints (at least when it comes to vallejo) but sometimes you'll encounter a paint that will make your airbrush a little grumpy without some assistance.
