I have another question:
If I have a Strength D weapon with the Primary Weapon rule, does it allow me to reroll the result on the D table? Or roll twice and discard the lowest?
According to the rules the Primary Weapon rule allows me to roll an extra dice and discard the lowest on the penetration result and I was wondering how it interacts with the D.

No, a D-table roll is not a penetration roll.
