I'm fairly new to 40k and play eldar. I've watched a few fine and have noticed that warp spiders can deep strike although I can't work out why in the codex allows them to deep strike? I'm not sure if I'm being stupid or if it's hidden in some special rule. I currently have 6th edition codex and will upgrade to 7th soon but to my knowledge they can deep strike in 6th. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

All units in 40k that have Jump and Jet Packs will have Deep Strike by default. As the Warp Spider's packs count as Jet Packs, they therefore have Deep Strike
