Hoping for some feedback - the event I am attending next is very heavily comped - no power builds allowed... The following list meets all the restrictions but I wanted some feedback on what tweaks could be made...

Running multiple Harvest formations is out. Running more than a minimum destroyer cult is essentially out.

Im a bit new to necrons and am interested in strong lists without the harvest. Where are the different characters gonna go. Whats the plan?

Can you run a min Harvest and a min Destroyer Cult in a Decurion according to the Comp rules? If so, you should strongly consider that route.

It's hard to give feedback without knowing what the composition rules are, but a few comments:

I don't love Ghost Arks. Being open-topped, they explode way too easily and with GW's FAQ that when transports jink the passengers must snap shoot, makes Arks completely useless in my opinion. I would drop these for more Warriors or Immortals. Lychguard are much better with Hyperphase Swords and Dispersion Shields. Losing the invulnerable save makes them very expensive T5 Space Marines and I can't think of any situation where 20x S7 AP2 hits isn't Overkill. I recommend giving your Overlord in the Royal Court a Phase Shifter for challenges. I also recommend losing the Chronometron. It's very over-priced for nominal gain. Crypteks are way too fragile to invest 105 points in.

Agree with the above, need to know comp rules. Min cult/harvest will still be strong. The retribution phalanx can be strong. if it's severely restricted a CAD could be better, losing MTC, relentless and the +1 to RP is a big loss, however a lot of our power is in our formations. If you aren't allowed them, then a CAD will be better to min/max to get power that you will need in a comp
