I'd cut a screamer to get Paradox on your level 2 herald. Then he can easily summon or throw out WC3 Flickering Fire.

Ya, I think it's worth it. Alternatively you could cut a ML from him. 1 less warp charge but you will only need to throw 5 to summon, which will save you a few dice.

If you want to go without Paradox then I think it's fine as is.

I find the reliability that Paradox brings to the Psychic phase to be quite handy. Alternatively you can demote one unit of Horrors to Nurglings and add a Mastery Level and paradox
