Outer Space, Apparently

Has anyone else noticed that you can sometimes see bad language on post preview hover overs before they go through the automated filter, and that you can also see these if you are quoting a piece of text that used bad language? By this I mean you'll see the unaltered word on these instead of what the site replaces it with.

I dunno if it can be fixed, or if it's a big issue, but I thought I'd put this here since the site is trying to be kiddy friendly

Yes, that's a thing that happens. It's not perfect, but not big deal, for the amount of times it's likely to actually be an issue.

Yeah quoting without the filter is important in case the filter breaks anything in exceptional circumstances - it allows the original content to be edited to be correct. The cost is as you mention of course!
