Hi guys,

a friend of mine bought some old minis and i'm in charge to strip them from their old paintjob.

So, I found this rather old metal model and i'm curious about from which edition this modell may be.
It's obviously an old librarian(as the text by its feet suggests)..

Thanks!

Yep, 2nd edition (late 90's) when they released a new line of metal Librarians. All three were available.

They had the Lexicanum, Codicier and Epistolary (?). They were different Mastery Levels. I don't recall which one this is.

Psykers in 2nd edition has Mastery Levels which determined how many spells they drew etc. This was between 1-4.

Potentially old, but they were still selling them up to 5th edition.

If it's lead, it's old, as the change to white metal came towards the end of 2nd edition. If it's white metal, possibly not so much.

Yeah, I should have clarified...it originated in the late 90's. A lot of the metals from 2nd edition were sold into the 2005-2010 era. Even then, many of the 2nd edition metal sculpts were converted over to Finecast, etc.

I had one of these in 3rd edition. Probably bought it around 2000.

Star Trek taught me so much. Like, how you should accept people, whether they be black, white, Klingon or even female...
