Ok, this is related to my Kid Majin Buu as pink horrors thread. Immediately after that, I had this funny idea to make a Feels Bad Frog as a plague bearer and even the Dag Boi on a unicycle frog as a plague bearer/herald.

I just wanted more input and suggestion on more Dank Hammer model ideas.

To be blunt, this is a bad idea, and you should feel bad for it. I'm not one for telling others what they can and can't do with their own stuff, but do not apply any stupid internet meme garbage to anything you own. It's not funny, it makes you look, well, stupid and unfunny

Second this. I don't want to sound or be mean to you, but that sounds like a very bad idea; meme culture is already bad enough without 40k being dragged into it

Honestly? Regardless of aesthetics, don't. I would bet that you'll get tired of the memes you pick at some point in the future and will be stuck with something you don't care for.

The only difference between telling someone not to do meme marines, and telling a ten year old he can't paint his horses pink, is you'd realise you're bullying the kid.

Not everyone wants the same thing out of the hobby as you do. So get back in your boxes with that gak.
He didn't ask about how to make religious or political statements, he asked about something he finds fun.

That said I think you may need to put Pepe frog on a banner rather than a model, as its a very specific face that would be hard to convert.

I think we were more suggesting that it was a bad idea rather than telling him he can't do it; he paid for the models at the end of the day so he can do whatever the hell he wants to do with them. He was looking for advice, and we gave our thoughts on why we think it's a bad idea.

But yes, if you want me to throw in some actual P&M advice, I'd agree that conversions and sculpting would be pretty tricky, so stick with painting them on banners and expressing them in the colour schemes

I'm not going to tell you not to do it, but in another 6-9 months when there is something else more in the public eye do you want to explain what your miniatures represent? The cost benefit seems skewed against the idea.

Anything you can make look like Donald Trump, although that is probably more Imperial Guard appropriate.

I once painted a marry-joe-hoona leaf on a banner for my high elves.

It was about as close as I got to stoner meme culture.

I don't want to tell someone how to make an army, even if it seems really stupid to do. People who make MLP 40k armies is, weird, but whatever, it's their thing, I just don't want to play against them. I play against a guy with a circus/clown themed necron army, I think it's dumb, mostly because of the minimal time he has put into it, but it's his army, but I wouldn't recommend theming an army around dank memes. With my friend's circus Necrons, the circus and clowns and the likes are a thing that aren't going to be going away any time soon, and MLP, while I guess has come back as a big thing, I guess, kind of, I don't know, it's been a thing that I remember from growing up, my sisters had MLP toys.

Dank memes on the other hand, have a shelf life of only a couple of months. If you go through with it, you're probably going to look at them in a couple of months, and think "Oh god, what have I done?" Or "Oh the cringe"

I'm just trying to say, think it through is all man.

Just putting it out there that the OP does not include the word "army".

Not my cup of tea but to the OP, do whatever you want! If you make an army eventually it will get boring fast I would think.

Dumb memes that are already kind of overstaying their welcome will become even more embarrassing as time goes on.
