So at 1500 points would it be more benificial to take a dark shroud? or take an additional squad of ravenwing bikes.

Im running a DW/RW semi fluffy army, but still want to make it as effective as it can be. the ravenwing side will be running

Now would it be better to run those 3 raven wing bikes for more field coverage to drop terminators? Or to get a dark shroud to have follow the command squad making them get a 2+ rerollable jink.

The formation bonus that gives fire support from speeders is good too, take typhoons.

DW are rubbish I'm afraid. Focus on one aspect (in this case the best one of the three).

True, I just did a 2k list or RW/DW and it... was sad. I am convinced that RW/GW is a better combo nut for fluffy/fun games then yes... drop the hammer.
I have never used the Shroud because I don't own one yet, however, the thing that hurts bikes is the low model count. So I would almost always say go for the extra bikes.
