Subject: [1850] - Craftworld Eldar - Charity Tournament/Soft Competitive - ITC rules - would like some help reforming it!
I am at the point of a conundrum. I've signed up for a Charity Tournament in September and decided after much deliberation on mono-Eldar. I even had a list.
But the downside of this was what happened later - an agreed trade, my Dark Eldar for some Craftworld Eldar which has left me with even more options.

It has to be at 1850 points. It has to follow the ITC's structure - so 3 detachments most, 1 LOW, Formations counting as detachments outside of Decurion.

Regarding List one; An avatar and Eldrad is too much HQ. Keep the avatar if you go with more of your footer units, like DAs & guardians. Your Vaul's Wrath would go well with the avatar's Fearless bubble, too. However, the scatbikes ought to be included regardless of what you choose.
I like the Hawks, FireDs and Reaper Aspect Host (GW ruled the WaveS gets the bonus but ITC rejected GW's rulings) so keep that. Give the Reapers Starshot upgrades.
If you are good with warlocks and such, putting together a seer council (CAD, Aspect Host & Seer Council for ITC build restrictions) having the Hemlock fighter and the Nightshade could be good air support elements. The main issue being they won't be on bikes, but that cannot be helped. Still, I have fun with footer Seer Councils.
Since you only have one trio of scatbikes, I would use them and two units of rangers for troops. Include the Aspect Host, with WaveS for the FireDs (check with organizers about it getting the As.Host bonus). The fliers and perhaps a WaveS with Wrath-Scythes.
Room for more? ( I am not counting up points) Scorpions with clawed exarch.
What is the nature of the charity? Bring food and gain rerolls per ten or so cans donated?

So from what I gather looks like Eldrad is for the chop - and looks as though the Pale Courts warhost is being broken up (possibly turned into a Dire Avenger Shrine) and the CAD expanded properly?
I can tell you now a Seer Council would be a bit expensive at its minimum - possible if I shuffled the DAs into the CA as troops and used the Seer Council as one of my 3 choices.
But only one unit of rangers. However if the DAs are being shuffled in Troops on the CAD becomes less an issue.

I like a CAD better for ObSec units. And Eldrad isn't what he was two books ago, so yeah, toss him. A farseer is the best HQ job, for half the points.
I only use the additional autarch when fielding 7 units of spiders.
I have the Pale Court rules, so I see what you are going for, so maybe you are better off with the DAs in an Aspect Shrine.

Shall poke about a bit later on. Should be simple enough to drop a few things into a CAD and perhaps to sacrifice a few units/characters as well to enable this.
