Infinity is true scale, this means that 40k parts (and parts made to fit 40k kits) won't work. There is also quite a bit of size variation between the 1st generation, the 1.5 generation and the modern CAD based models.

Unfortunately, your best bet is to swap parts from other models in the same range. Shaekonnit has a thread in the Infinity part of the forum where he splits boxes.
