Heyo everyone,

after a thread i opened a while ago with the question of what heavy support i should take for a khorne/assault-ish list and (aside from the rapier weapons platform) not
really found anything that would fit into my play style (i.e. run into my opponents face, screaming & maniacally laughing), or being unsatisfied with the results in smaller
games, i decided to stick with my normal choices, getting rid of the Crimson Slaughter formation(s) and add Khârn.. so, here goes nothing

I can change the Vindi's for 2 Maulerfiends and tag them along the spawns - but i'm not sure. Vindicators are just so funny and see the hate they receive. The list is a bit shy on the ol' troop choices,
but i don't want to put Berzerkers or Marines into it, because.. i don't like them.

The Plan is to stick the possessed, the Lord & Khârn into the Land Raider, tag along the spawns and try to drive the Land Raider into the moist innards of the Enemy and unload the hate for glorious
bloodshed. The Vindicators may not survive long but the enemy has the choice to focus the Land Raider or the Vindicators in the first turn(s). The Termicide does, what they were trained to do - melta
away whats dangerous and maybe tarpit something and die gloriously. The bikes are probably quite useless without any added special weapons, but they're fast and may be a good distraction.
It is a fun list and will probably die - but that's in Khorne's favor, isn't it?

The reason is that KDK has much more than you.
Again a list that I like but possessed are just bad. I'd take normal marines and put them in a land raider with kharn and the lord. You can give them icon of wrath and marks and they will be cheaper and still bring strength 5 on the charge and they will cost like 16 points per marine when we sum the mark of khorne and the icon and you can reroll charge distances where possesed are 28 points per model.
I like the vindicators and kharn they are something you cannot have in kdk list.

I doubt that'll be fun, Units with no invuln safe in the same unit as Khârn? I use possessed all the time and actually don't understand the hate they receive. S6 on the charge is ID to for GEQ's.
I'd rather drop Khârn and play the standard CS-formation i usually do than using marines outside of tax units. And yes, i don't like KDK & Daemons.

I'm a CSM player who just switched to Khorne Daemonkin, and I have to say they are much better. The combination of CSM and daemon choices allows you to get the best of both worlds, and Blood for the Blood God makes them competitive on a level that the CSM just can't reach.

My major complaint is that it's Khorne only, I would love to have a Nurgle Daemonkin...
